Since 2003, I have dedicated my career to education with a mission to cultivate empathic schools led by creative, community-centered educators. I believe leadership thrives when it embraces listening, nurtures the talents within, and balances purpose with joy. Inspired by Maya Angelou’s wisdom to "Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better," I approach each partnership with humility, curiosity, and a commitment to growth.

As a BIPOC educator and a multilingual, I understand the importance of cultural responsiveness and compassion in serving diverse communities. I aim for two things: 1) to inspire educators and leaders to feel valued, think creatively, and approach challenges with fresh, innovative perspectives; 2) to spark possibility, foster inclusion, and build learning environments where both educators and students can flourish.
